Years ago, I found an old book of inspirations called The Treasure Chest, published by National Religious Press, which no longer exists. Page 117 contained “The Twelve Rules of Happiness.” They are adapted here and renamed, “Twelve Paths to Joy.”
Of special delight is using paints markers and ink to illustrate meditations that come from the heart. The visual contemplations are offered to encourage the imagination and allow the insights greater depth and breadth.
