Think of it like a state of peacefulness where you have the space to reflect, work through things and cultivate your overall wellness.โ€   The article adds that time alone also allows Very Well Mindโ€™s post โ€œThe Benefits of Solitude,โ€ suggests these three [of eight] signs alone time is needed. Solitude provides a space for introspection, self-reflection, and self-discovery.  It offers an opportunity to tune out external influences and distractions, enabling us to understand our own thoughts, emotions, and needs. By embracing solitude, we can cultivate a stronger sense of identity, make informed decisions, and lead a more authentic and fulfilling life. Imagine the condition of this countryโ€™s dilapidated schools, roads, health care, educational resources and other troubling conditions if ย those making millions andย billions a yearย were taxed as they were during the 1940s and 1950s. Remember, taxes are how local, state and the federal government provide services and protect citizens. Consider: Perhaps the concern with taxes should not be the amount but ROI [Return on Investment], how taxes are spent to keep citizens safe, well educated, healthy, pay government salaries and expenses, and improve everyoneโ€™s Quality of Life.
